For my Communic TV and radio class I was assigned to record and edit a Campbell’s soup commercial. For my editing software I used Adobe Audition.

Hitting The Post

Hitting the post is a term used in radio where one talks up a song without hitting the vocals. Here I hit the post with the song “The Name Of The Game” By ABBA on my MDC 325’s professor’s radio show known as “The Moldy Oldies Show ” on WCUR The Curve.

Sweep

A sweep is a term used in radio where one names the last song and artist that were played and introduce the next song before it plays. Here I tell the audience that the last song playing was “Bad Moon Rising” by Creedence Clearwater Revival and introducing the next song, “Rich Girl” By Hall and Oates.

Conversation

Here I am having a conversation with my fellow classmates and Doctor T on the “Moldy Oldies Show” On WCUR The Curve. I am telling an embarrassing story about the first time I had an allergic reaction in High School. Doctor T continues the conversation by asking each of us the last photo on our camera roll.
